About Packet Post
Who we are, what we publish and what we refuse to publish.
Packet Post is an independent desk that explains how the internet works for the people who use it: the connection in the wall, the accounts behind the apps, the money that moves between them and the rules that decide what happens when something goes wrong.
What we publish
Explainers and reported background pieces. Every article answers one question and stops there. We do not run product rankings, we do not sell placements inside our coverage, and we do not take payment for a verdict. Where a company is named, it is because the story is about it.
The gambling section
Online betting is part of the consumer internet, so we cover it the same way we cover payments or platforms: how the systems work, what the terms mean, what the licence does and does not guarantee. That section is written for readers aged 18 and over and carries no operator links, bonus codes or sign-up offers.
A note on the name
This publication is not affiliated with, and does not continue, the image-hosting service that once used a similar domain name. Archive material from that service is not hosted here.
